at the beginning, i didn't understand why and where there is something of mature here. maybe it's the case, or i'm not a pro concerning the surrealistic pics. but i saw that her arms was bleeding. blood flowing out of her arms. When to the rest of the image, it's a total mystery for me XD Well thought, by the way =]
